She brings 15+ years of experience in customer service, human resources management, and administration. Proven track record of developing policies and processes that have significantly enhanced employee engagement, performance, and organizational reputation, positioning Kwara State Internal Revenue Service where she currently work as a benchmark for excellence among revenue generating agencies in Nigeria.
She previously held roles at Coventry University United Kingdom as HR assistant as well as Access Bank Plc and Sterling Bank Plc where she is responsible for driving customer experience, sales of alternate finance banking products and relationship management.
